Client Support Associate
Jane Kim re-joined Sterling in 2024 in client support role after previously working on our charitable remainder trust solutions team. Jane has more than a decade of experience in administration, human resources management and auditing. Her persistence and commitment to accuracy are essential to Sterling’s seamless foundation administration services.
Jane’s high degree of professionalism is present in every step of the grantmaking process. She also diligently oversees the processing hundreds of bank and investment accounts monthly, which are crucial for properly accounting and accurate preparation and filing of foundation tax returns.
Previously, Jane worked at an audit firm, where she supported engagement teams in planning documents for audits and conducted thorough testing for both employee benefit and financial statement audits. She also gained significant experience as a humane resource manager for PricewaterhouseCoopers, leading teams of more than 300 client service professionals and collaborating with leadership to improve performance management and client service delivery.
Outside of work, Jane is an active member of her church, serving in both music and women’s ministry. She also volunteers in children’s ministry and for local schools.
