Client Services Associate
Jessie Morrison joined Sterling in 2023, bringing energy, initiative and a sharp eye to our client services team. She plays a key role in managing private foundation programs and general operations, ensuring clients receive seamless support. With a strong focus on follow-through and due diligence, Jessie facilitates board meetings, performs compensation analysis, drafts governance and grantmaking policies and delivers on client requests with precision and efficiency. A dedicated team player, Jessie excels at building strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
Jessie earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Virginia Commonwealth University, where she worked as a research assistant with the Deployment Experiences and Health Study through the Virginia Institute for Psychiatric and Behavioral Genetics. Her background includes training in research data management and statistical analysis, making her a savvy and analytical problem-solver.
Jessie is passionate about giving back to her community and has volunteered with Our Neighbor’s Child, Relay for Life, HopeCam 5K and the Walk to End Multiple Sclerosis.
