Client Services Manager

Theo Horn joined Sterling in 2024, bringing extensive nonprofit program management experience. A certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Theo plays a crucial role in overseeing client scholarship and prize programs, managing grants, and assisting with the day-to-day functions in foundation management, including preparing for and facilitating board meetings to ensure efficient, productive and compliant foundation governance practices. Theo’s strategic approach ensures the smooth execution of our clients’ initiatives.

Before joining Sterling, Theo worked as a Program Manager in educational outreach. He built new partnerships and managed high-profile events while engaging with thousands of students and educators annually. His experience in managing large-scale scholarship programs and a multi-million-dollar fund refined his skills in financial oversight, vendor management and cross-functional coordination.

Theo earned a bachelor's degree in political science and policy studies from Syracuse University. He also holds a Certificate in Project Management from Cornell University and a Project Management Professional Certification from the Project Management Institute.
